DESIGN PRINCIPLE

The ANSP Series pumps are Single impeller pumps. The shape of the impeller blades rapidly transfers radial recirculation motion to the water on entry to the pump between the impeller blades and the double channel, machined on each side of the pump body. Since each of the numerous blades help transfer energy, the water pressure increases progressively as it passes from the suction opening to the delivery opening, ensuring an even non - pulsing flow and high pressure.

PUMP APPLICATION AND INSTALLATION

non - jamming pumps are suitable for pumping clean & clear water not containing abrasive particles aggressive to the pump components. These pumps are suitable for suction lifts upto 8 m depth and operate at high heads and low discharge with stable performance curves. Variations in discharge are low in spite of large variations in head. These pumps are practically unaffected by the presence of large amounts of entrained air in the water being pumped. Common applications are marginal farming / orchards / residential buildings / bungalows / hotels / hospitals / clubs / lawn sprinklers / car - washing / boosting water supply for high pressure pumping application / water circulation.

These pumps are easy to install with pipe connections to the suction and delivery openings. The pumps must preferably be installed in a horizontal position in a covered area protected against weather.
